It started simply enough — I was a small engine mechanic looking to earn some extra income outside my day job, so I started cutting grass for neighbours. What began as a side hustle quickly turned into something more.

After just one year, it was clear I could build a better living doing what I genuinely enjoyed. I made the leap and committed to running Uxbridge Property Maintenance full time. Early on, I threw myself into learning the craft — mastering lawn stripes and patterns, dialling in my technique, and developing an eye for the kind of detail that makes a property stand out.

That focus on quality paid off. I still retain the majority of customers from my very first year in business — a fact I'm proud of and one that speaks louder than any advertisement.
